How We Work

Get designs or samples, finalize details, quotation and send samples, order confirmation and letter of credit processing.

Step 1: Designs/Samples

You (buyer) can provide the sample to us via express or face to face meeting, then we will confirm the details with you and make a sample, as per your requirement

Step 2: Finalize Details

Our Staff will confirm details of product via email with you (buyer).

Step 4: Order Confirmation
Step 3: Quotation & Sampling
Step 5: Mass Production & QA
Step 6: Delivery of Goods

Mass Production will commence and buyer will be updated at every steps for Quality Assurance as briefed in Pre-Order Stage. The buyer will assign a third party auditor to invigilate quality at various intervals during production.

Once Quotation and Sampling is Finalized, the buyer will open Letter of Credit for the seller by mutual consultation with its Banker

Shipment is made once the delivery details and payment terms in the Purchase Order (PO) or Purchase Invoice (PI) are confirmed, including FOB, CNF, or CIF. Delivery will be by land or sea, with the method negotiable based on the client's request.

On the Confirmation of requirement approved by the you (buyer), we will make samples and price will be quoted to the buyer accordingly.
